MOM'S NOODLE PUDDING | |
4 c. med. egg noodles 8 oz. pkg. soft cream cheese 1/4 c. melted butter 8 oz. sour cream 1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 3 eggs, beaten Cook noodles until done; drain. Lightly grease 2 quart casserole. Combine cream cheese and butter. Blend well. Add sour cream, cottage cheese, salt, sugar, and eggs. Stir in noodles. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-75 minutes until set. |
