PICKLED PEACHES | |
4 qts. peaches 6 c. sugar 3 c. cider vinegar 6 cinnamon sticks 4 tsp. whole cloves Scald and peel whole peaches. Make syrup by boiling together sugar, vinegar and cinnamon for about 20 minutes. Cook the peaches in the syrup for about 5 minutes then put peaches in quart jars. Put some cloves in each jar and fill up with syrup. Seal jars. |
