HORSERADISH MOUSSELINE SAUCE | |
1 c. Hollandaise Sauce (see above recipe) 1 c. whipped cream 1 tsp. freshly grated horseradish or 2 tsp. drained prepared white horseradish or to taste Combine all ingredients. Serve at room temperature. May be prepared 2 days ahead and stored in refrigerator. Whisk to fluff just before serving. Makes 2 cups. |
