EASY PIE CRUST 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 stick less 1 1/2 tbsp. butter

Melt butter and pour over flour and powdered sugar. Pat into 8 or 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes for a pre-baked crust. This crust does not shrink. It can also be used as a bottom crust for pies not requiring pre-baking. This is a great crust.
