BANANA-PINEAPPLE JAM | |
5 or 6 ripe bananas 1 #2 can crushed pineapple 7 1/2 c. sugar 1 bottle liquid pectin Crush bananas to a fine pulp and add pineapple. Mix sugar and fruit in large kettle and bring to rolling boil. Stir constantly; boil hard 1 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in pectin. Pour into hot jars and seal with wax immediately. |
