SALMON CROQUETTES 
7 oz. salmon
1/4 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
1/4 c. celery
Small amount of onion

Debone salmon. Mix ingredients. Makes approximately 6 patties. Roll in Ritz crackers. Dip in egg and teaspoon of water and roll in Ritz crackers again. Refrigerate about one hour before frying.
