SLOPPY JOES 
3 oz. ground beef
1 sm. tomato, chopped
Oregano, parsley, basil or mint, garlic powder
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 slice low calorie wheat bread, toasted

Saute ground beef in a non-stick pan. Pour off fat and pat dry. Add tomatoes, onions and seasonings. Simmer with meat for 10 minutes. Serve over toast. Garnish with parsley.
