6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. water
1 chocolate cake mix

Layer first 5 ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Prepare by directions chocolate cake mix. Pour over layered ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
