HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
3 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
6 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
3/4 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water

Slice boiled potatoes or cook peeled potatoes until tender and cool. Saute onion in bacon drippings. Add sugar, vinegar, flour and water. Cook until thickens. Add potatoes and bacon. Serve hot.
