SAUSAGE CHEDDAR QUICHE 
1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper
Dash garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Dash paprika
1 unbaked pie shell

Prick shell; bake 3 to 5 minutes, brown lightly. Cook sausage until brown. Add remaining ingredients, put into shell. Top with cheese. Combine egg and milk. Beat until foamy. Pour over cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until set. Brown lightly.
