STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. crushed unsalted pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. butter, melted (1 1/2 sticks)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping, softened
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (12 oz. each) pkgs. partially thawed strawberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well. Press into a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake pretzel crust for 15 minutes until lightly toasted. Cool completely. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together in a large bowl. Fold in whipped topping and marshmallows. Spread over crust. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add strawberries. Stir until strawberries thaw. Pour over second layer. Refrigerate until set.
