ISLAND STYLE RIBS 
3 lb. country style ribs
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1 can crushed pineapple (not drained)
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Cut ribs in serving pieces, place in shallow baking pan. Combine ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Pour over ribs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover and baste ribs and bake 15-20 minutes longer.
