SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cold water
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix. Shape in balls and brown. Remove meatballs and make gravy. Stir flour into drippings in pan. Add paprika, salt, pepper. Add cold water then add can cream of chicken soup. Heat to boiling and pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered 1 - 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

Variation: use 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and omit the Worcestershire sauce.
