FUDGE FROSTING 
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white syrup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
2 sq. chocolate
1/4 tsp. salt

Put in pan over low heat and stir until chocolate is melted, then stirring constantly, bring rapidly to a boil. Boil exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat and beat gently until lukewarm. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until frosting begins to lose its gloss and is ready to spread.
