CHICKEN TERIYAKI (SAUCE) 
1 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. powdered ginger
1/2 c. white wine
2 crushed garlic cloves
4 tbsp. sugar

Place chicken pieces in a baking pan. Combine ingredients above. Pour over chicken. Marinate for 2 hours. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees, turning occasionally.
