CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breasts, cooked & skinned
1 stalk celery
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. sliced toasted almonds
1 c. white seedless grapes
Hellmann's mayonnaise

Boil chicken breasts with celery stalk and salt. This should result in about 2 1/2 cups diced chicken. Combine chicken, celery, almonds, grapes and mayonnaise to taste. Chill and serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 6.
