BOREK 
Use 1 package filo dough.

CHEESE FILLING:

1/2 pkg. mild Cheddar
1 lb. feta cheese
2 frozen spinach

Cook with a little butter.

Butter the tray. Put a little more than half of the filo dough on the buttered tray. Top with the filling and add the remaining filo. Cut the pastry into slices, then brush 1 egg on the pastry. Melt 1 stick of butter and brush all of it on the pastry. Bake 350 degrees F. for about 1/2 hour.

GROUND BEEF FILLING:

1 sm. pkg. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped

Cook with a little butter.
