APPLE CASSEROLE 
7 med. apples
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Peel and slice apples, toss with water and lemon juice. Place in a 12x12 inch casserole dish. Cut flour, butter and sugar until it is like meal. Sprinkle over apples and cook at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Melt in oven about 5 minutes.
