CHOCOLATE SOUR CREAM FROSTING 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar

In a saucepan melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring frequently. Cool about 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating by hand until smooth and of spreading consistency. Frosts 2 (8" or 9") layers. Store in refrigerator.
