PEANUT BUTTER SHEET CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. cooking oil

Bring to boil in pan on medium heat. Take off heat and add to mixture of: 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, lightly beaten, 1 tbsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. milk, 1 tsp. baking soda.

Stir in 2 cups flour and mix well. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. (Watch time, may not need quite 12 minutes.)

You can use a broiling pan instead of a jelly roll pan.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Add 1 box of confectioner's sugar. Stir until well blended. Cool and spread on cooled cake.
