BROCCOLI SALAD | |
1 bunch tender, fresh broccoli 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing (Wish-Bone) 1 tomato, chopped and drained Using the tender stalk and flowerettes, chop broccoli into bite-size pieces. DO NOT COOK. Add mushrooms and onions. Toss to mix well. Pour all the dressing over the broccoli mixture. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 12 hours. At serving time, drain dressing off broccoli. Add the chopped tomato. Toss and serve. Serves 6. |
