VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can drained corn
1 can cut string beans, undrained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper

Mix all. Put into greased casserole. Top with 1/2 box Ritz crackers and 1 stick butter. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Optional vegetables that can also be used: Drained black olives and mushrooms.
