CHICKEN RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken flavor rice
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
4 minced green onions
Sliced stuffed green olives
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry
4 steamed chicken breasts

Cook rice as package directs (omit butter); cool. Add remaining ingredients. Mix mayonnaise, curry, plus oil from 1 jar artichokes.
