FUDGE MACAROON PIE 
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 2/3 c. flaked coconut

Melt chocolate and butter in pan. Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Mix and pour into 9" greased pie plate. In a bowl, combine Eagle Brand milk and coconut. Spoon it over chocolate mixture leaving a 1" border. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until coconut is slightly brown.
