PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. pecans or walnuts (optional)
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk
1 to 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix first 9 ingredients well.

Bake at 350°F, small loaf pan for 30 minutes, or large loaf pan for 35 minutes.

To make icing, mix remaining ingredients and spread on cool loaf.
