SLUMGULLION-ON-A-BUN 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped (1 c.)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 (1 pt. 2 oz.) can tomato juice
1 c. chopped celery
1 (12 or 16 oz.) can tomato juice
1 c. chopped celery
1 (12 or 16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. dill pickle, chopped
8 split hamburger buns

Shape ground beef into a large patty in a kettle or Dutch oven. Brown 5 minutes on each side, then break up into chunks, push to one side. Add onion and garlic; saute just until soft. Stir in spaghetti sauce mix, tomato juice, celery and corn and liquid; cover. Simmer 30 minutes or until thick, stir in chopped pickle. Spoon over hamburger buns. Top with chopped sweet onions or grated cheese, if you wish. 8 servings.
