1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 (4 serving) pkg. instant pudding and pie filling
2 c. (1 pt.) whipped cream
Vanilla wafers
Bananas

In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water. Add pudding mix, beat well. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipping cream. Spoon 1 cup pudding in bowl. Top with wafers, bananas, pudding. Continue alternating wafers, bananas, pudding. Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
