CHEESE DIP 
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. pork sausage, browned & drained
1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic
1 c. mild picante sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Melt cheese over low heat, mix in soup and picante sauce. Then add remaining ingredients. Cook until warm and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
