TURKEY OR CHICKEN TETRAZZINI | |
4 slices bacon, browned and diced 1 green pepper, chopped 1 can mushrooms 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked 1 1/2 c. grated cheese 1 pkg. slivered almonds 1 medium onion, chopped 1 small jar pimiento 1 c. turkey or chicken broth 2 c. diced turkey 1 box frozen peas, thawed 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Mix all ingredients and pour into a 3-quart casserole. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until bubbly. A great way to use up that Thanksgiving turkey. |
