NORWEGIAN LEMON BON BONS 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. flour
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans (optional)

FROSTING:

1 c. confectioners sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Beat butter and sugar until light. Combine cornstarch and flour. Sift. Mix well. Chill. Shape into small balls. Spread nuts on wax paper and sprinkle with a little sugar. Place balls of dough on the wax paper and flatten with bottom of small glass. Place cookies on baking sheet: nuts side up. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and frost with above frosting recipe. (You may want to add grated lemon rind in the frosting.)
