MEXICAN FISH | |
Take 1 pound of fresh cod fillets. Rinse well. Put in baking dish (well greased). Top with Chi-Chi's hot or mild salsa (fully cover fish). Add approximately 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 6-8 minutes. (Approximately 10 minutes per inch thickness.) |
