PEANUT BUTTER MACAROONS 
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
3 tbsp. flour
2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Melt peanut butter over low heat, cool. Beat egg whites to form soft peaks, add vanilla. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff, add flour and baking powder. Fold in coconut and peanut butter. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet and bake for about 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Let stand on cookie sheet for about 1 minute before removing.
