PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. dates
1 1/2 c. nuts

Pour a little oil in bottom of 1 pound coffee cans; fill half full. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees; 25 minutes for cupcakes. Makes 4 coffee cans.
