SITTIN ON A RITZ 
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. diced dates
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 box Ritz crackers

Cook on low heat until thick, stir often; milk, dates and pecans. Put small amount (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon) on center of cracker and place on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool.

Cream together - cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. Using a frosting bag or cookie press frost around edge of cooled cracker. (Freezes well).
