CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP 
1 tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 tbsp. finely chopped carrot
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/2 can each milk or water
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. cauliflower or broccoli, chopped sm.

Heat just until cheese melts. Serves 4.
