BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM 
3 eggs
1 tbsp. chocolate sauce
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. coconut extract

Blend 15 seconds (low) eggs. Add 1 can Borden's Eagle Brand condensed milk.

Add 1 cup whiskey. Blend 15 seconds.

Add 1 pint whipping cream. Blend 30 seconds on low. Blend all on high 25 seconds. Keep refrigerated.
