1 lb. beef stew meat, cut in small chunks
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 (15 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can peas, drained
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 large potatoes, cubed
3 c. water

Put in crock-pot and simmer approximately 8 hours.
