CHICKEN TORTELLINI SOUP 
1 pkg. frozen cut broccoli (9 oz.), thawed
6 c. water
3 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) chicken broth
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 c. cubed chicken, cooked
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. dry vermouth or water
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 pkg. (7 oz.) cheese tortellini
Grated Parmesan cheese, if desired

In large saucepot, combine all ingredients EXCEPT the broccoli, tortellini and Parmesan cheese. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Add the broccoli and simmer an additional 5 to 10 minutes until broccoli is tender. Serve with cheese.
