TORTELLINI CHICKEN SALAD 
1 to 2 lbs. cheese tortellini
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) bottle of Italian dressing, your favorite brand

Simmer chicken in butter and Italian seasoning until done. Cut in chunks. Cook tortellini in boiling water until done. Drain. Run under cold water. Place in large bowl. Mix other ingredients with tortellini. Pour bottle of dressing over all, mix well and cover. Refrigerate overnight.
