ICE CREAM CAKE 
1/2 pkg. oreo cookies, crushed
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream
Chocolate syrup
1/2 gallon vanilla and chocolate ripple ice cream
Salted peanuts and whipped cream

Mix crumbs with melted butter and pat in bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Cool. Add a layer of chocolate ice cream (softened). Cover with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze until firm.

Add another layer of ripple ice cream, syrup and nuts. Freeze again. Top with whipped cream to serve. Any kind if ice cream of topping can be used.
