MUSHROOM MEATLOAF 
1 jar sliced mushrooms
Milk
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
Chili sauce

Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Add enough milk to liquid to measure 2/3 cup. Mix all ingredients, except chili sauce. Shape into 2 loaves. Place each loaf in a 1 1/2 quarts oven-ware glass dish. Cook in microwave oven about 8 minutes for each loaf. After 4 minutes of cooking. Add chili sauce. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Total cooking time: 16 minutes. Recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
