STEAK ROLLS 
4 lg. cubed steaks
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 c. grated onion
1 tbsp. parsley
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Oil
1/2 c. water

Salt and pepper steaks. Combine drained mushrooms (reserve juice), onion, parsley, and cheese. Spread evenly over steaks. Roll steaks and secure with toothpicks. Brown evenly in oil. Add water to cover and cook 20 minutes over low heat. Remove steaks and make gravy with flour and mushroom juice. Pour over steaks before serving.
