APPLE RICE 
1 1/3 cups diced, peeled apples
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup water
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cups packaged pre-cooked (Minute) rice

Combine apple, orange juice, butter, salt and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
