GOLDEN HAM CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 to 2 c. diced ham
1 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. cooked noodles
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. cooked peas
About 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Stir vinegar or lemon juice into milk and let stand a few minutes. Beat eggs slightly. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and pour this blend into greased casserole. Cover top of mixture with crumbs. Bake 34 minutes at 375 degrees.
