PEACH UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2-3 cans peaches, drained, or fresh peaches

Using a 9x9 pan melt 4 tbsp. butter and 1 cup brown sugar in warm oven. Place the fresh or canned peaches on top of brown sugar mixture. Blend other ingredients and pour over peaches.

Bake 350°F. for 45-60 minutes or until cake tests done.
