4 eggs, beaten
4 oz. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted
1 lg. onion, chopped
10 oz. chopped broccoli, thawed & towel dried
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Grease 9"x13" baking dish. Mix all ingredients well and bake in 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
