HONEY BREAD 
4 tbsp. butter
2 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1/2 c. vinegar slowly
2 c. buttermilk
6 c. flour

Preheat oven to 325°F.

I mix everything in order, one at a time.

Bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 9 x 13-inch pan. When done, I cut off the four sides and then make loaves. The ends are a great tea or coffee treat. Cut three loaves lengthwise or four loaves width wise.
