4 c. ripe, peeled and sliced apples, peaches or other fruit Sugar substitute to equal 5 tbsp. of sugar 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats 3 tbsp. brown sugar and granulated sugar substitute to equal 1/4 c. 1 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. cinnamon (divided) 2 tbsp. butter Stir the sliced fruit, 1/2 of the cinnamon, sugar substitute to equal 5 tablespoons together in the bottom of a non-stick pie pan. Stir the oats, brown sugar, remaining sugar substitute, flour and 1/2 of the cinnamon together in a bowl. Cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture is crumbly. Shake the crumbs over the fruit. Bake the fruit and topping in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes until it is brown. Serve it either warm or chilled. Serves 8. 100 calories per serving. Total fat 2.3. Sat fat 0.5. Cholesterol 0.0. |
