EASY BATTER ROLLS 
1 pkg. fast rising yeast
1 c. warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten

Combine all ingredients. Do not knead. Let rise 30 minutes in bowl. Punch down. Work dough with extra flour only until it can be handled. Dough will be sticky and soft. Roll out gently. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place in greased pan, turning so both sides of roll are greased. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes about 1 dozen rolls.
