3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 c. apples (green chopped with peelings)
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar and beat until thick. Add oil and beat. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together. Add to above. Fold in apples, vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until tests done when toothpick is inserted and comes out clean. Cool. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
